Qflow

Qflow is an AI-powered, cloud-based platform for the construction industry that digitises material and waste tracking at the source, reducing environmental impact and costs. It captures, validates, and analyzes Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) in real-time, providing actionable, accurate data on carbon, cost, and quality to project teams.

Qflow needed a product video in two weeks. We ran a series of collaborative sessions to develop the story, suggested animation approaches and video styles, and set up a delivery plan with feedback checkpoints to stay on track.

We sourced stock video clips matched to Qflow’s brief - each chosen to highlight specific aspects of the platform, from real-time data tracking to the wider sustainability story. The footage selection was built around clarity: making the product understandable to a non-technical audience.

Qflow provided original footage of the platform in use on real construction sites. We enhanced these clips during editing to bring them up to the same standard as the sourced footage.

We added animations to highlight key features - real-time data flows, mobile notifications, dashboard views. These made the product tangible for viewers who hadn’t seen the platform in person. The final video brought all elements together into a finished piece ready for investor presentations and stakeholder meetings.
