Create materials for the sales team showing how Qflow helps customers meet standards like PAS 2080. Build a cohesive set of marketing assets aligned to Qflow’s refreshed brand. Make the materials scalable so they grow with the company.

Qflow is an AI-powered, cloud-based platform for the construction industry that digitises material and waste tracking at the source, reducing environmental impact and costs. It captures, validates, and analyzes Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) in real-time, providing actionable, accurate data on carbon, cost, and quality to project teams.

Qflow’s existing materials were inconsistent and didn’t reflect the refreshed brand. They struggled to communicate the product’s value clearly, making it harder for the sales team to engage prospects.

Cohesive, professional materials fully aligned with Qflow’s new brand. Tailored resources for sales, onboarding, and compliance conversations. Positive feedback from customers and internal teams.

After Qflow’s rebrand, we met with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand what each needed. We reviewed existing assets for gaps, researched industry standards like PAS 2080, and scoped the work into three categories: refreshing existing resources, creating new materials, and building materials that required deeper research from scratch.

We wireframed and designed each resource, structuring complex information into formats that were clear for the intended audience - whether a procurement lead evaluating PAS 2080 compliance or a new customer being onboarded.
The materials covered specific use cases: documents for National Highways contracts, PDFs showing how Qflow supports PAS 2080 compliance, downloadable case studies, and customer onboarding resources. Regular check-ins with sales, customer success, and leadership kept the materials aligned with what each team actually needed.

The finished materials were delivered on a tight timeline, ready for use in sales meetings, marketing campaigns, and client onboarding. Each resource reflected Qflow’s updated branding and focused on the same question: how does the product help this customer meet their compliance and performance goals?

To support the delivery of work on a shorter timeline, we fast-tracked and worked on different areas simultaneously.
During each stage of the process, the client was be able to share feedback. This way, we ensured that the work progressed in a way that was best for the client.
Our team combined their business and design backgrounds to deliver a website that doesn't just 'look good', but also matches the buyer's journey and delivers business objectives.
We designed infographics, which offered a unique opportunity to present informative insights and data in an engaging format. They lead to unmatched online engagement and sparked conversations at networking events.
Research is crucial for preparation of accurate and engaging digital content in emerging green-tech areas. Our team researched and monitored the announcements from the client's niche to ensure that they can respond in real time to breaking news and regulatory changes.
The sales team had clear, professional materials for outreach and meetings. All resources matched Qflow’s refreshed brand. Customers responded positively to the new materials, and the onboarding resources gave new clients a clearer picture of the product from day one.

Working with Kat, Matt, and their wider team has been exceptional, providing regular in-depth consultations and delivering high-quality work on tight project deadlines. We underwent a rebrand that required most of our assets to be updated and new assets to be created. Adopter played a crucial role in this project, studying our new brand guidelines and producing high-quality templates that have elevated our external branding and ensured brand consistency. I highly recommend their services to any startup building their marketing infrastructure that requires professional support and exceptional creative design solutions.
