During each stage of the process, the client was be able to share feedback. This way, we ensured that the work progressed in a way that was best for the client.
We designed infographics, which offer a unique opportunity to present informative insights and data in an engaging format. They lead to unmatched online engagement and spark conversations at networking events.
After being provided with a first draft of the paper our team started work on copy editing the whole piece. This involved checking for any inconsistencies, reworking entire sections to improve readability, rewording for clarity and ensuring the whole paper flowed from one section to the next in a cohesive manner. With the draft paper we also began drafting up the social media campaign for the launch and beyond.
The design process involved taking the raw copy from the approved draft and converting it into a cohesive and visually appealing document. This included finding visuals for the paper cover and chapter that aligned with the client's colourful, nature-related branding. It also involved redesigning all the graphs and graphics. Our team added in 'accents' throughout the paper in the form of icons and gradient-filled lines to increase the visual interest and keep readers engaged.
After implementing the final feedback on all deliverables we were able to finalise the paper and social captions. This involved a substantial compression of the paper to 10Mb for ease of resharing via email. Our team added interactivity to the paper, ensuring all links and items in the Contents Page were clickable for ease of navigation.
With everything finalised we went ahead with publishing the launch post which coincided with a Webinar where the paper was being launched in person. In the weeks following the launch we produced social media captions on specific sections and infographics. We also published a video series using speakers from the webinar.
