Qflow

Qflow is an AI-powered, cloud-based platform for the construction industry that digitises material and waste tracking at the source, reducing environmental impact and costs. It captures, validates, and analyzes Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) in real-time, providing actionable, accurate data on carbon, cost, and quality to project teams.

Qflow’s team couldn’t maintain an active social media presence alongside their core work. Previous suppliers delivered low-quality content and required significant input, adding to the workload rather than reducing it. Inconsistent posting and untargeted messaging limited brand awareness and sales support.

Qflow needed a consistent online presence to support their sales and marketing. They’d had poor experiences with previous agencies, so the bar was high from the start. We began with a discovery phase - reviewing Qflow’s resources, conducting stakeholder interviews, meeting with their marketing team, and carrying out desk research to understand their solution, customers, and market.

Qflow’s previous suppliers had required extensive hand-holding, adding to the team’s workload rather than reducing it. We took an independent approach - bringing content concepts and key messages without relying heavily on Qflow’s input, while incorporating their insights where it mattered. The result was a content plan that kept the feed active without creating work for the internal team.

We designed social media templates for graphics and videos to keep the look consistent across platforms. Adopter managed content creation, scheduling, and posting end to end. Regular check-ins kept things aligned, and the content supported both inbound enquiries and the sales team’s outreach.

Ongoing posting and support With Qflow's approval of the content plan and design assets, we took charge of the entire process - writing new posts, designing graphics and managing their social media accounts. Qflow's team only needed to provide feedback and sign-off before publishing, minimising their time commitment.

Content topics & research

We came up with content ideas based on the company's progress and the latest developments in its niche. They were relevant and tailored to the target audience to ensure high engagement.

Consistency 

To grow a LinkedIn page, it is best to be consistent, so we ensured a steady stream of content by publishing at least one post per week. Even during quieter periods when there were less company updates, we created engaging, industry-relevant content to keep the page active and provide ongoing value to its followers.

Content planning

We created and managed a content plan to maintain a steady flow of high-quality content. This plan was structured in a way that enabled easy coordination and provided opportunities for feedback. As we progress, we regularly update the plan with fresh ideas to keep it engaging and relevant.

Copywriting 

Using the key messages from our communications strategy, our team crafted post captions. We ensured the tone remained balanced, informative, accessible and free from unnecessary overhype.

Graphic design and video editing

We created custom templates for social media posts and used them to create engaging visuals. We also provided support with basic social media video editing, including planning, trimming, and adding captions.

Ongoing coordination

We saved time by working directly with the team to ensure deadlines were met. Where necessary, we worked with external stakeholders to secure content approval.

Content Research

Research is crucial for preparation of accurate and engaging digital content in emerging green-tech areas. Our team researched and monitored the announcements from the client's niche to ensure that they can respond in real time to breaking news and regulatory changes.

Qflow gained a consistent, professional LinkedIn presence reaching construction buyers and sustainability decision-makers. Over the partnership, LinkedIn followers grew 61% to over 9,500, with engagement rates reaching 12.2% - well above the industry benchmark. Over half the audience holds Senior or Director level positions in construction, engineering, and software. The content supported both inbound enquiries and the sales team’s outbound work, with Adopter managing the full content process independently.
