About Noa VC

Noa VC (formerly A/O Proptech) is a London-based venture capital firm building Europe’s largest tech fund dedicated to transforming the built world - the physical infrastructure, spaces, and systems that support human life and economic activity. Noa invests in early-stage founders and breakthrough technologies that drive digitisation, decarbonisation, climate resiliency, energy transition, and efficiency across the built environment, including real estate, construction, energy, mobility and related systems.

Noa partners with a network of strategic limited partners and asset owners to give portfolio companies access to incumbents and industry-scale opportunities across real estate and construction.

Mission, Goals & Values

Mission
Noa VC aims to enable a world that harmonises with nature, leverages clean energy, and promotes sustained wellbeing for its inhabitants by supporting technologies that reshape the built world and reduce its environmental impact.

Goals

  • Drive positive transformation in design, construction, operations, energy transition, and materials across the built environment.
  • Support pioneering founders with capital and strategic partnerships to scale innovative technologies that matter.
  • Accelerate digitisation and sustainability within one of the world’s largest and most carbon-intensive industries.

Values
Noa emphasises long-term capital, ecosystem collaboration, and sector-specialist expertise to help founders build technologies with lasting real-world impact.

The Team

Noa was founded in 2019 (originally known as A/O Proptech) to address the investment gap in technology for the built world. The firm was launched to bring deep technology and venture capital to real estate and adjacent infrastructure sectors, with a vision to decarbonise and modernise the global built environment.

Gregory Dewerpe is the Founder and Managing Partner of Noa VC, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and works directly with founders and ecosystem partners to scale transformative technology for the built world. Gregory has a background in technology, venture capital and strategy, and previously co-founded and operated a digital real estate startup before transitioning into venture investing. At Noa, he combines deep industry insight with hands-on support to help early-stage companies across climate, energy and built environment sectors reach scale.

Other team members supporting sourcing, diligence and portfolio growth include Principals Arjun Jairaj and Jess Clemans, Investment Associate Catriona Hyland, Investment Analyst Harry Black, Head of Data Jayasmita Chakraborty, and Head of Finance & Sustainability Emily Nixon, among others. The leadership also includes CFO/COO Bhrigu Bali and Executive Assistant Sarah Altana.
